First impressions count! Check out the line-up of home exteriors of some of the homes we have built.
Concrete & Curves
This stunning concrete home rests on the green hills of the Sunshine Coast’s hinterland.
It features beautiful curved accents and openings that frame the view.
Environment inspires architecture … and nowhere is this more apparent than in one of our recent projects; a custom-designed three-level house perched on the edge of Buderim hill.
Using a variety of cladding materials, angled walls, a lift well, and large door openings this unique house shows great attention to detail.
Of particular note on the external cladding is the use of Hiland Tray as both a wall and ceiling / soffit lining as a feature. The other notable external feature is the use of polished black render as a feature parapet wall.
Keeping it natural
Natural timbers work beautifully by the beach. They are warm and resonate well with the beach environment. The liberal use of timber features inside and out adds a coastal look and feel, a stunning natural aesthetic.
Liveability & Design
This home is bold and modern with dominating horizontal lines at the entry and roof which create an overhang, shadow, and different shades of light, bringing drama and depth to the façade.
The design provides multi-faceted focal points that cleverly minimize the impact of the garage and add to street appeal. These design elements are replicated in the rear façade with the patio, window awning, and eaves.
The pool is perfectly placed to one side of the house so that pool views can be soaked up from the living and outdoor entertainment areas: visual excellence.
A combination of rendered block, EDS, and Scyon Axent trim provide texture and finish to the exterior of the house and weatherability for the beach climes.
We’d love to hear what you think of these home exteriors.
