Whether it’s a luxury home or a commercial building, we never get tired of taking building projects from a concept, a dream, through to plans and eventual finished construction. Our end game is to see our clients delighted with our efforts. The building industry has become increasingly competitive, but we have found that delivering a quality construction on time and within budget continues to be the single most important foundation of our reputation as leaders in the construction trade on the Sunshine Coast.

Brandenburg Beauty

Those views!

If you haven’t been for a drive along Brandenburg Road, you should! This area is absolutely stunning and the Shadforth Lythgo team is enjoying the view while they begin construction of a luxury home at Bald Knob.

The home will enjoy breathtaking views and will come in at an impressive 579.93m2.

This area is steep and work began with carefully executed excavations for the foundations. We then installed steel reinforcing, prepared the drawings for the tilt panels, installed plumbing and electrical connections and poured the shell for this home. Things are about to get exciting; we will begin to pour the tilt panels soon. The owners are very excited about this step and can’t wait to see their plans in solid concrete!

We are also working on a home at beautiful Minyama Island (more about that project in a future blog). Living and working on the Sunshine Coast is always a pleasure, and we are grateful for our place in this sun!
