Make sure comprehensive site supervision is in place

Stringent site supervision is essential in minimising disruptions to your build as well as keeping the neighbours on side. Choose someone who can manage community liaison where needed. The most successful projects are those that are proactive in this regard.

Relationship management is key

To deliver a project on time and on budget requires that all the stakeholders work together harmoniously. Mutual trust between the builder and subcontractors is vital to nurturing a positive project culture.
