We believe building should be transformative. Excellent design inspires us to create and to apply innovation and a savvy problem-solving approach to a concept brief. End result: the emergence of a stunning building that exceeds expectations.

This year saw us taking on  a good mix of commercial and residential projects. Here’s some of what 2019 brought us …

We were excited to complete the very first industrial building at the new Aura Business Park.

Handover at Lot 1076, Aura. Happy client selfie.

The Aura Business Park is set to become a thriving business centre on the Sunshine Coast and bodes for a sound future for commercial real estate locally.

Torrens Road

Good design has become increasingly on trend in the commercial space. This project at Torrens Road in North Lakes was innovative and exciting to build.

Designed for the view

Environment inspires architecture … and nowhere is this more apparent than in one of our recent projects; a custom-designed three-level house perched on the edge of Buderim hill. The views are stunning and the design captures them – breathtakingly.

The home is orientated to the north with commanding views out to the ocean towards Maroochydore and beyond.

Using a variety of cladding materials, angled walls, a lift well, and large door openings this unique house required great attention to detail.

Giving back

As many of you know, Shadforth Lythgo sponsors the Chancellor State College Robokings. The Robokings attended the National FIRST Technology Challenge in Sydney and WON for the highest performing robot in Australia!!!! They also took out the top Inspire Award for all their work in local, national, and international STEM development through robotics. This result is absolutely awesome and to say we are PROUD is a gigantic understatement.

Supporting the Salvos

Each year,  Shadforth Lythgo has the privilege of supporting the Salvation Army Red Shield Appeal Breakfast on the Sunshine Coast.  This year was another great event with over 300 people attending to show their support for the Appeal – our local community in action.

Thank to all our clients, employees, contractors,  associates, and our community. We look forward to an even more fabulous 2020, building in our beautiful part of the world.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
